I have serious concerns about the business practices of Winning Realty based on my recent experience as a tenant. Since moving in last November, I have consistently paid my rent on time through an auto-pay setup using the AppFolio platform, with plenty of cash in my account for rent to be drawn. Update 7/22 Moving our stuff because we aren’t staying somewhere this terrible anymore nor are we going to wait for a no cause eviction notice while I’m 8 months pregnant. Miss Brittany is giving all of us attitude for moving stuff and propping things open to make the move easier and faster. If you want to deal with unprofessional jerks who don't know how to work their phones, don't respond to you or other agents trying to help you, who steal the money you put down to hold the unit after telling you to come up with an extra 800 that's not in the ad when they already rented to someone else anyway, and who then insult you and act tough when you call to deescalate, boy is this the rental agency for you.
