They repaired our heater and it broke down 2 days later. They do not warranty their work. Wouldn't recommend.
I had scheduled a maintance service on my ac unit. They made me wait the entire day and they never showed up. They alleged that they sent me a text but I plaed my call to scheduled it from my office line. Never was I told that they will send a text to re confirm the appoiment. I called them to see why they were not home and they told me that I needed to be rescheduled. Now the only available appoitment was for the end of August and there was nothing that they could do!. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
