Murphy and his staff were great! He took my issues that I was worried about with my suv and addressed them and I was able to get the outside taken care of quickly. I received regular updates on the status of my suv and the process for renting from enterprise was smooth! Enterprise picked me up from the shop, took me to get my car, and when my suv was done and ready to go I just drove the rental car over to the shop and took off with my car and I got a call from enterprise saying they received my car and I was good to go! My car was rear ended. Sydney S. was absolutely amazing in making sure my car got in quickly and taken care of by insurance. She even went as far and making sure my car made it to the shop and back into my possession when completed. She truly cares about her customers and getting the vehicle taken care of, my bumper looks amazing. It's a 2007, I was concerned about the paint matching, they nailed the color PERFECT!
