My wife reach the top of the waing list on June they call me to see if I was interested and yes I made the appointment to see the apartment I got there to wait for the person and the person never pick up the phone i call her about few times they never return the call so corporate or management or people In charge should call so I could explain the situation.
The most horrible company I’ve been here two months. I have no heat in my house. It’s infested with mouses and roaches and they told me there wasn’t any no one contacts you back no one cares the maintenance men hang up on you. They’re very rude. The people in the office don’t care they don’t let people know what’s going on. This is the worst company to rent from, so guys turn around and run. I’m going through a lot trying to break my lease and get out of here.
Try to get information or repairs be told to f your self. Any agreement you have is ignored. They will do what they want when they want how they want law be ignored. Still trying to get contact information. Only ever see them to pick up rent.
