The plumbers showed up on time at my house in Euless; examined what I needed replaced; went to the truck to look up the price; came back with a price of over $300. I questioned them about it and they said it was the price for replacing the two shutoff valves; that they used a price book to obtain the price. I said I only wanted one done. Well, OK; it's half that then. I finally agreed and initialed the work order to authorize the work and the price. I should have expected based on the reviews that they would never show. I called and was told that they would be by on saturday, and never heard another word. I called on Sunday and was told that they would be there Monday. Once again they did not bother to call and say that they could not make it. I realise with the Winter storm every plumber in the state of Texas is busy, and that is OK. What's Not OK is the lack of communication and failure to show up when promised. Very unprofessional.

I had HEB plumbing come to give an estimate which to date I have never gotten a written estimate. They said they would refund my money and then sent another email saying they won't. Very poor customer service from Lisa and the "president" of the company! I have filed a complaint with the BBB.
