Went to Winn nails while I was up relaxing in Prescott. Had a wonderful experience. The guy who did my pedi really took his time and made it extremely relaxing. Wish this salon was closer to me. I'd be there all the time.
Usually I have good experiences here and today I thought I would treat myself to the Delux Pedicure. It was rushed and not worth the $45. I did speak to Tiffany, the owner, but she just apologized. She didn't offer to try and fix it. I think I will try and find a new nail spa.

Terrible nail work. the guy who did it was from Charlie's nails & spa ; he rushed all the way through; the girl who put my nails on, was rude & my nails are soooo sore & I definitely will not be returning.
I haven't had my nails done since before Christmas, I had a really bad experience in Prescott valley and actually lost one of my real nails. Went in yesterday and got a new set put on. I have never been happier. I now have a new found love of getting my nails done again. Thank you to the wonderful staff. I'll see you again in a couple weeks for a fill!!!!
