I have been taking my grand kids to see Dr. Winn since 2016 and him and his whole staff has been nothing but professional and polite! I would recommend them to anyone!!!! If people are saying the staff was rude it’s because the people were being rude first and the staff had enough of their greater then thou attitudes! Very unprofessional and rude when I called in horrible pain. I was given an appt and accepted only to then get the third degree about what would happen if I didn't show up to which I assured her I was not *not* going to come in as much pain as I am in, but she continued to tell me how so many others would love to come in my place so that I finally asked what her problem was and she told me that in April of ????, I cancelled an appt.
