The guy working the register on 09/08/25 at 9pm is the reason why I will never shop at this location ever again. When I came in there was one customer in the store and he was talking to the cashier in a language I didn't understand. I went to the cooler, grabbed my beer, and walked to the register. I set my beer on the counter with the barcode facing the clerk. The clerk punched some numbers in on his screen so I went ahead and entered my rewards number into the POS terminal. Store is clean and nice, but the older guy working was no help and seemed annoyed by me and my family just trying to converse with him and ask questions. We asked if they had a product and he said no, after we searched for 5 minutes ourselves we found it. Disappointing customer service
This new guy is very rude , hangs up on calls when you ask about timing and does not care that he doesn't understand what you are saying in english . You guys need better employees
