Albert called me up demanding I send him receipts for proof of payment from over 2 years ago. He told me if I don't prove to him that I paid that they would send me another bill. Very unprofessional. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. They also left black handprints all over my walls in the basement when they initially did the work and I paid for a new heat line and they installed the used one that has electrical tape covering up a hole..

Sorry but very unprofessional. We had together another company to do the work. Thank God for Northwood windows and doors. Will always go to you if ever needed. Winmar your staff is great but your service is terrible. No one should have to wait 6 mths for repairs.
Having never made an insurance claim you can imagine that we would have some apprehension with the process, Albert was at the house the very same day after contacting insurance company- he was quick to diagnose and very professional and took quick action to start the repair process- We feel very comfortable dealing with this company- however during the tear out, they damaged our new fridge and promised to replace the door they dented, but never did, as well they covered over the gas fireplace with plastic and they covered th... read more
