My family and I have always bought jewelry at winks. Goes back at least 40 years if not more. I recently went there to size my fingers and have one ring looked at. I was caught off gaurs by the sales lady's attitude. She seemed far too busy to want to help me and made me feel as if I wasn't good enough to be in there. I was treated the same when I went back to pick up my ring. Was pretty upsetting.
I have gotten all my Jewerly there and my sister has too! Service is exceptional and Will go out if their way to make things right!!!
