Biggest bunch of unprofessional people I ever worked with. Lifeguards I worked with were brilliant. Management should be locked up 🤣
Awful pool company. I'm sitting here at our pool, no lifeguard out here yet there are ppl in the pool. Saw one kid nearly drown, when the lifeguard was not inside, he didn't move from his seat under the tree sitting near a girl. Parents grabbed the girl and pulled her out. I've seen ppl pushed in today as well. At one point approx 20 kids in the pool, no guard, he was helping a person with pizza boxes. The WORST. Lifeguards are not trained or professional. Management is worse, according to Chris, its the parent's job to watch their kids at the pool - so why have a lifeguard? Because our HOA dues should be going to lazy lifeguards who watch violations and dangerous situations occur right in front them while the parents jump in to protect their kids? Lifeguards who don't wear suits while on duty, who take breaks leaving one 1 to "guard life" but according to Chris, they are secondary to the parents. I hope the Bull Run Swim ... read more
Beware!!!!!!! This is the best description I could come up with. Their pricing is very competitive, which is how they draw companies in. However, there is a total lack of professionalism, poor communications, and a total lack of experienced staff. This is the case from the top down. Lots of excuses, but no acceptable resolutions. Actual garbage was stacked up on the deck of our pool, not in trash receptacles which were empty. We will have to try and work it through for this season, as pool season is already upon us.
