Most of Winklers buildings are not even up to fire code by having no windows. They are essentially College student prisons and should be demolished. Evidently they utilize every loophole possible in the town code to get away with their almost illegal activities. By all means do not let anyone stay here.
Lived at several apartments with different rental companies and Winkler is by far the best one out there. Staff are super friendly and helpful and will do anything they can to make your living experience enjoyable. 100 percent recommend!
