He managed to allow his DEA license to expire. Conveniently when I needed to refill my medications. He did not care. Let me know he was busy “at dinner with friends”

Wonderful Psychiatrist! He actually takes the time to listen to your issues. He does 1:1 therapy as well as group therapy. I was hesitant to try group therapy at first but over the last 2 years it has become crucial in helping me to overcome major issues. I would and do highly recommend him!!
I would highly recommend Dr. Winkler to anyone! His insight and psychiatric background are impeccable. Dr. Winkler is an excellent psychiatrist who provides a variety of patients with effective and creative solutions to improving their mental health and making strives towards enhancing their personal lives as well.
Dr. Winkler is the best psychotherapist I have ever had. He is kind compassionate and really cares about his patients. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Winkler is a kind and caring doctor. He always goes out of his way to meet you where you are at and understands when you need to stop and then come back again. He is open to your needs and does not give up on you.
