We are here celebrating my husbands 54th birthday — with John Granny and Bill H Poole Jr.
Ordered take out, i walked out empty handed. Horrible service. Waited for 25 mins then they told me it'll be another 20 mins because my order was never printed! I would've gave you 0 stars but Google doesn't let me! Apparently it was my fault because i only got an "I'm sorry" from a manager when he gave me my money back. Thanks for wasting my lunch and my law firms!

My husband and I used to frequent Winking Lizard in Independence often, will NEVER go back. The manager came over when my dinner order had been COMPLETELY messed up and placed incorrectly by our server, and said, "Sometimes we make mistakes" and was basically just going to walk away and offer NOTHING for our inconvenience or bad experience. Our waitress was awesome! (I wish I could remember her name). She first asked us if we wanted to move to the small empty room because it might be quieter for Randy as he had both fingers in his ears! She also was very kind and accommodating in our ordering as we were not sure what Randy would try. In our opinion she went above and beyond the call and our tip reflected that. Next we are in Cleveland we will do our best to return again!!!
The food was Amazing and the folks there were very nice and my server made a great food recommendation!!
