I’ve been seeing Dr. Tia for years so obviously I have every confidence in her. When I call the optical department, not the Costco #, it’s answered fairly quickly. Hannah,Tia’s assistant, always has a smile and is so organized.
Dr Huber is a very good optometrist. She is very thorough with her exams and takes the time to answer questions. She makes sure you understand your vision Rx options. Her staff, Hanna, is simply the best. Their tight integration with Costco is also a big plus making for a very convenient way to take care of your vision needs.
Please take down the "pre paid pick-up" sign if a number is required for every visit. Edit: thank you for taking accountability for your partner. I'll amend this post when Costco takes action.
Had an appointment and traffic was bad walke I 15 min late and the lady was RUDE and made it a point to mention I was late. So the next time I have an appointment and get there 15 minutes early and sit there for 20 minutes after my appointment they should have a problem hopefully she don't loose more clients
My kids and I all love going to see Dr Huber. She’s very friendly and makes the appt easy and answered all my questions.
