Had an appointment and traffic was bad walke I 15 min late and the lady was RUDE and made it a point to mention I was late. So the next time I have an appointment and get there 15 minutes early and sit there for 20 minutes after my appointment they should have a problem hopefully she don't loose more clients
My kids and I all love going to see Dr Huber. She’s very friendly and makes the appt easy and answered all my questions.
I signed up online easily. They called with a question about insurance. I called at least 10 times. I got through once but did not have the information they needed. I got the information and tried to call back again no answer so many times. You cannot leave a message and they never answer. Finally I emailed them and said please call me and they called back within minutes. Cancelled my appointment and that was that. Just poor service.
She is very thorough, best bi focal prescription i ever received. Highly recommend her
