I’m visiting a relative in Aurora and a lens popped out of the frame of my glasses. I was on Yonge Street and stepped into Wink Optical to see if someone was available to repair them. Camille, super nice person, repaired them right away, no charge. Their store is also quite lovely.
I’ve been to a couple glasses stores in the past, and Wink has been by far my most memorable experience. After walking in, and saying my name just one time, they’ve since remembered me by just the sound of my voice on the phone asking for various things. The friendliest staff you’ll meet in any establishment, tucked away humbly in a quiet glasses store.
