I honestly like the shop and atmosphere just don't like how Cassandra always contact days later to schedule an appointment and when I do come in with an scheduled appointment I always have to wait 2-3 in that place for lashes and it's so ridiculous how she as the owner have poor time management skills she does great work but her customer service is very poor and she only prioritize people that spends the most money with her and I could honestly respect that if she just told me she's not available instead of ignoring me or sc... read more
