Muy mal servicio en la Ubicación de Alton gloor, mas de 1hora esperando mi comida, y no era la unica clienta molesta, habia varios clientes que habian recibido su comida mal. La gerente nos atendio con muy mala cara.
Very bad experience. I hope they review their processes. I have ordered twice within a month and both times have gotten the wrong order. They actually steal from us since we don’t get everything they charged us and just can’t talk to the manager because she doesn’t let you talk. It’s all about her telling you excuses.
Había una mosca en nuestras alitas, en cuanto levantamos la alita estaba abajo de ella y estaba llena de salsa. Que tipo de medidas sanitarias están tomando? Ahorita por la situación deberían de tener mejor higiene y aparentemente les falta MUCHA higiene.
Si lo recomiendo .. pero hoy acabo de ir a comprar. Togo y me salió salado hablo por teléfono al local y me dicen que así bienen sazonadas .. quisier poder poner una foto para que vean lo que alcanzó a comer se escalda la lengua 😡😡😡😡 somos 4 personas y opinamos lo mismo de qué pasó de sal.
