I had a very disappointing experience at the Edwardsville, Illinois Wingstop location on Saturday around 12:30 PM. The store was extremely understaffed, with only two employees working during a busy lunch hour. Customers were told it would take 20–30 minutes for orders. On top of that, the doors were kept closed due to the rush, leaving customers waiting outside without clear communication. Had to listen to a manager drilling her new employee for half an hour, second time this happened… foods good but at what cost i feel bad for the employees :///
Bathrooms are disgusting, insanitary. No clean table within the restaurant and long wait times for any order.
We get in here and it seems fine, the music was a little loud but it was whatever. We order our food and go sit. We sit down right below a speaker. That was our bad. I go and check all the other seats, and they're just as loud as where we are sitting. We wait at least 30 mins before we even got our food. We saw our fries sitting in the window. Went in at 4:40 on a Sunday with 3 employees working. One was taking a long personal call at the front register. No one acknowledged me or took my order while I stood there for about 8 minutes. After the lady got off her personal call she walked off without taking anyone's order so I walked out. Hire more people or something. They weren't busy either.
