I placed an order online and changed my address pick up and the system keeps changing my location. the order placed to the wrong location! I called them to cancel the order and for 1 the person that anwsered the phone didnt even state her name she just said "Winstop pls hold" Ive been on hold for 42minutes and still on hold. i called the wingstop location where i wanted my order placed picked it up and im still on hold trying to cancel my order and no pick up!!! The worst wings. I placed the order online; the system indicated they would be ready at 7:10, but when I arrived 10 minutes later, the cashier told me I’d have to wait another 15 minutes. They shouldn't accept online orders if they can't handle the volume; the staff is terrible. The wings weren't fresh, and my drink had no ice because they had run out. It’s the same story every time I order here; corporate really ought to visit these locations there’s always a long wait, and they’re always out of something. Terrible service.... read more
