Worst customer service ever. They literally refuse to fix black charred wings that a bird would not even eat. There are so much better places to get wings in decatur. Never go here, worst customer service imaginable.

Great food and great service every time I go there. I get my wings there at least once or twice a week with 0 issues. Would rather eat here than at the horribly expensive Bdubs.

Terrible employees! Service is horrible. This store needs a new crew. How could the company let employees treat guest in such a rude way? If a restaurant sells bad food and a paying customer brings it to the staffs attention then they should at least make the order right or refund money.
If I was allowed to give less than 1 star I definitely would just for the way they treat people. Customer service at its worst this place is disgusting
