I ordered this today, when it arrived the chicken was really hard and cold, I threw it in the microwave and ate what I could, shortly after ended up with food poisoning (it’s the only thing I had today) went from 100% fine to significant symptoms, please do not eat here
Disappointed. Front desk service wasn’t friendly. When I got the wings home, 75% of them were this size. When the individual ketchup packet dwarfs the size of the “wing”, we’ve got a problem. We used to come here monthly, but prices have gone up and wing size is that of a hummingbird. 😂 I’ve literally never seen wings this small. Will probably go to Coyote’s Adobe from now on. Order online and when 1 hour had past i called wingstop to see where my food was i am on the phone with them when the driver pull up she ask him why it took so long they are arguing on my phone going back and forth i take the food get ready to eat and the food is cold i call her and tell her she said they were going to refund my money this happen 4/6 today is 6/19 and i have call them they kept telling me its coming i have email corporate nothing wingstop is full of bs and the mangers don't care because it's not there money
Take orders! Hire a staff that can handle a rush! It is 8:29 pm June 13..Just left there...they were obviously busy but the black girl in charge (i suppose) said they were not taking orders in store, online, or on the phone...seriously not taking orders at all and the store does not close until midnight. This is my 2nd visit here and disappointing both times...there will not be a 3rd.
Asked for my wings to be well done and dry like I always stress to wing spots. They were not fried hard and one of the wings my daughter had was pretty red inside. Will nvr visit that spot again.
