I ordered lunch today at 1:40. When I picked up my food the wings were cooked so long that they were inedible. I requested a remake and was met with rudeness from the employee Misty who I assume is the cook who also was not wearing a face mask, slides and socks and had not combed her hair. She kept saying her order just came up and turned her face up. I responded by informing her that I’m the paying costumer and I would not eat that food I asked for it to be remade. I ordered the 30pc Crew Pack consisting of 20 of the dry rub and 10 of the garlic parmesan on 8/22/20. When I was eating with my family we noticed that we only got 20 wings and basically the 10 pieces of garlic parmesan was completely missing from the order. I called back the restaurant and after patiently holding for about 10 minutes, the person who took my call said the manager will call me back. I never got that call back. I've been a regular over the years but I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
check your good before you leave they won't thing your card wanted me to send 5 dollars in gas to go get 3 dollars or spend forty minutes drive time to come back and get my large order of fries very disappointed
Make sure the orders are correct and have everything that was paid for in the bag.
Very bad experience. I hope they review their processes. I have ordered twice within a month and both times have gotten the wrong order. They actually steal from us since we don’t get everything they charged us and just can’t talk to the manager because she doesn’t let you talk. It’s all about her telling you excuses.
