Wonderful group of leaders (Troup and the Loop in Tyler:) who really made the night for our Make-a-Wish Kid! The food was to die for and was very much appreciated! Thanks again, Kenny & Mr. Rodney!
My family an I came in we ordered food same time.. so why did my bf and I get our food first and we had to go up to counter twice and ask for theirs and all the could say is it’s not done ! Ok why ??? We ordered same time!!!! AAAAA idk is all we could get!!! Ridiculously slow an there’s not a reason for it!! They just lazy and to worried about their phones an gossip to actually work!!
Spent 40.00 and WOW didn't know that you had to buy meal to receive ranch dip 1.00 per cup. I only asked for 3 but nevertheless I went next door to Wal-Mart and bought a bottle for 1.98. I will NEVER spend my money there AGAIN.

not coming back.... I order my family 40 pcs boneless wings I got home all the wings were bone-in I call and say to bring the food back WOW seriously I feel they told me I am lying, I got the food took it back they told me we do this because we cannot give away free food that's another WOW I was like you not giving free food it was your mistake and who's going to pay my gas? he told me we not a taxi that's another WOW... I spent more than 40dlls on this so bad costumer service HORRIBLE
