I was looking for a specific part and had some questions. Kelly was very helpful and patient, and incredibly quick with her responses. My friends will tell you I don't say this very often: I'm impressed!
Last summer, I sold a glider with a full set of outdoor covers. I bought the covers originally several years ago, but never used them prior to selling them with the glider. When the new glider owner tried to use the covers, they discovered the vendor had sent me the wrong size. Kelly at Wings and Wheels was able to work out a return and refund with the vendor.
