This place sucks now due to new owners. Attitude from the workers, freezer burnt waffle fries, and nasty chicken sandwich that was cooked in old oil. The only thing that stayed the same was the sauce (since it's a franchise recipe). Very disappointed in how the place is run now. Especially since I used to work there when the previous owners owned it. I guess this place should've closed down when the previous owners retired.
Went last week right before closing, they were nice prompt and the wings were on point keep up the good work quaker steak ain't got shit on y'all way to go guys

Sadly this place, especially the service, has really gone downhill. We used to go to this location (West York) about once a month, but a few years ago there was a change in ownership and prices increased while food quality decreased. We decided to give it one last shot (yes, it's Superbowl Sunday, so we expected it to be busy). Placed an order around 5pm they told me an hour to two hours said fine because I know it’s Super Bowl Sunday so drive all the way to the establishment to pick up my order just for them to tell me that they are out of boneless wings which was half of my order ridiculous most horrible customer service I’ve ever experienced I will never go back there and I will never recommend to any of my friends!

Four years ago, we gave a 5-star review "The best wings (garlic parmesan is my favorite)! Staff is very friendly. Definitely have to order 50 the next time!" Tonight, I have to change it to a 1-star review. We ordered four different flavors of traditional wings (not one box was marked with the flavor), the wings were mostly the 'drumstick' part, very small and overcooked (dried out).
