RecommendedWings to Go has definitely changed for the better. I stopped patronizing them with the last owners Bc of poor & inconsistent service AND the poor quality of the wings & sauces. Under new management, the aforementioned has been addressed and convinced me to return as a ‘regular’ customer (again). Garlic Parmesan 💕

I always loved their wings however, I stopped going their because of bad customer service until 3 weeks ago when they changed management and staff. I am happy that when I walk in this place now I get noticed and get my food from a friendly staff member. Way to go 👍👍👍 Keep it going.
Last couple orders were disappointing. I’ve been giving them the benefit of the doubt and hoping when I order again, it would be better than last. Today, just did it. Being specific about how you want your wings, goes in one ear and out the other. The cheese fries were not cheese fries, they were just fries. It barely had any cheese. Smh I’m done ordering from there and definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone.
Delicious wings, great service and great prices! With customer service being but a memory at most places, Vinny and the gang stepped it up..it was noticed AND appreciated! Keep up the good work and thank you!
The boneless wings with honey mustard has become a favorite in our house. New management has definitely made a difference.
Ordered food online. At first, they said they didn’t have my order! Then they gave us our order but it was missing parts. Gave me a huge attitude because they had to fix it. Next they got mad because we bought extra ranch and extra sauce sides yet only gave us one out of the three. I will not order here again! They were so rude and disrespectful even though it was their errors. If I didn’t prepay and have two hungry kids I would of walked away!
I ordered and paid for my order around 6:30 PM a few days ago , I arrived at 6:50 PM only to find doors locked, lights on, and the OPEN sign flashing, I called the following day and the manager refunded my money with no problem.... Then today I ordered again, but when I arrived twenty minutes later the cook forgot about my order , so I waited patiently for him to cook it, Once I made it home with it I realized he forgot to add my fries to the order. The boneless wings had good flavor, but I ordered 12, I expected them to be wing size..6 out of the 12 were so small they were 1” or smaller, plus VERY expensive! I never used to be able to eat all of them. This time I need to find something else to eat. Also they normally give you celery & blue cheese. They said “sorry, out of celery. They are in shopping center with an Acme..go buy some! Won’t waste my money on them again.
