I LOVE wings over in Greenville!!! It's EXCELLENT!!! only ever had one issue and it was dealt with amazingly by the manager! We order once a week! I recommend it to all my friends who have never had it, and when all our friends have a food craving it's always wings over!!! Great for groups! Love love love this place!!! Oh and I recommend trying the cheese cups!! They are great with the crinkle fries!!! -happy customer
Usually, I love this place. The chicken is fresh, juicy, and absolutely swimming in sauce, which I love! I just ordered from here tonight, however, and received REHEATED (and we all can tell the difference, believe me) and barely sauced wings. The fries were excellent, but if I'm paying $24 for wings, I expect the best. I knew something was up when it only took 20 minutes to receive my order (usually it takes 45 minutes). I've only eaten here twice. First time was a few months ago, wings had very little to no sauce on them. Gave it a second chance last night and I'm on the way to the hospital for food poisoning right now. DO NOT EAT HERE. EVERYONE WHO ORDERED WITH ME IS ALSO SICK (3 others) THEIR WINGS ARE SHIT AND YOU WILL GET SICK!!!

By far the worst customer service I have personally dealt with. I called in a order and spoke with a male representative who informed after taking my order I couldn't pay over the phone and have someone else pick it up. I go on to say don't place the order yet I'll call back and he says "wow" and hangs the phone up. Like is this honestly how they treat loyal customers? Does the company feel it's OK to do this.
