This used to be my favorite wing spot in Greenville. It is now on my do not go to again list. I ordered delivery last weekend, and the wings all tasted like plain chicken. There was very little sauce on them, and the fries were soggy. Tonight I decided to give them a second chance, and ordered again. Since the wings had very little sauce before I asked for extra. Ordered three different flavors they put them all in the same box couldn't even tell what flavors they where. When I called to let them know they where rude!
People have been ranting and raving about how great their wings are so I decided Friday night to try them! Well that was the worst decision ever! We were were almost done with the wings which are pretty good however the Ranch dry rub was the flavor I ordered and it was the last one left so I picked up and it had so many feathers on it I thought it was going to fly away! That was so disgusting and it lets me know that they don't clean there chicken! There is no way that many feathers got by however many people! I will NOT ord... read more

Andrea, we are very sorry to hear about your feathered mishap. The wings are clipped and cleaned at the factory, and then packaged and shipped to us. We go through several stages of checks with regards to those pesky feathers (and we do pick quite a few out during the cooking process) but unfortunately, some slip by. We completely understand how off putting they can be, which is why we go through so much trouble to get rid of them. We would hate to lose you as a customer and we would be happy to make it up to you.
