I think they don’t give a damn anymore charging me damn near 50 bucks for some cold dry ass wings when I paid extra for them to be saucy! Not the wings I grew up on! Each bite tasted like the first one! Idk who in they kitchen but they got too go! I’ve spent money at they restaurant all my life & im disgusted! & had the nerve not to make things right! ��
Got the food and the food was cold! Ranch was warm. No refund bcos they said " well u called back about the food being cold an hour after you placed your order of course it's gonna be cold" well, doesn't it take 45 minutes after the order call being placed for delivery until you guys actually get here ! So 45 minutes for u guys to make it and deliver. That's why it took an "hour" if you look at it that way. so that was a sad excuse. I had no satisfaction and wasn't able to get my refund. Yumm!! Wings hot, with blue cheese & crisp celery. The original wings are not breaded and still have the perfect crunch. My friend had boneless with garlic/parm & they were amazing!! OMG I might just have a new favorite flavor. I believe we should support locally owned & operated when we can, and Wings and Things is local.
I've been a loyal customer to this business for years and today they lost a customer. Out of all of the times that I needed to use the restroom, I was turned away because I have to purchase something. I was going to make an order after using the restroom, but, not after being turned down. I will never spend another cent here. They definitely lost a good customer. I've been choosing this place for over 7 years and today they lost me.
