My fav place !!! Good food , best wingz & good Mexican martinis !
Love the wings from here not ever dry. Fried mushrooms and pickles are my favorite appetizers from this place. Wait staff is usually attentive.
Really crappy service. My order was right on the ticket, but they somehow missed that I ordered wing/tender combo and left the tenders off. had to order 1/2 order of onion rings because the combos only come with fries, so I did, but never got any fries either. Submitted a complaint via their online website and asked for a refund but the manager offered me a $25 gift card for the trouble. Replied instantly and said no, I'd just prefer a refund and haven't heard back since last Friday. Should've just gone to pluckers.
We have eaten here plenty of times and always have a great experience. My kids like it too!
They're lucky they get one star! Horrible service. Manager on FB at the host stand. Waiter stated he was "confused" when we asked for our other apps. Then said oh ok I'll go put them in... So you don't ask questions to clarify customer's order!? Service is usually good. Won't be back for a while.
