My kiddo and I just had his discharge meeting and all I can say about Allisyn (his case manager), and the Wings' team is - Thank you X infinity! As a single dad with no clue and less resources, Allisyn and her team helped my family navigate the confusing system, line up resources, appointments, and help my boy and I both breath a little easier and feel like we're ok. Allisyn- Wings, Y'all Rock!
This program is the most reliable and effective solution to the issues my kids and I went through. I have a great case manager for my son. And she helps with any resources I need or whatever we need. Thank you Wings and Theresa
All I can say is do not get this agency for adult case management if you are looking for long term services. My Case Manager Heidi was great but then suddenly Wings stopped covering my service area last month. Very disappointed because I became so used to my case worker and we developed a good relationship I'm going to miss her being my case worker SO UNFAIR
