WINGNUTS ARE NOT THE BEST HOT WINGS IN OC – I looked for ratings of the best hot wungs in Orange County and was pointed to Wingnuts. We went to the Costa Mesa (Harbor Blvd) and ordered 100 wings of four flavors at noon on a Saturday (Aug 27th).
