A part burned out and he replaced it
Our service technician, Will, did a fantastic job diagnosing and fixing the problem. However, I only gave four stars because we are on a service contract with Wingman and they did not make our Spring maintenance call.
We had trouble with our ac and could not get anyone to come to service it right away. They all said it would be several days. We called Wingman and got service right away. We received a message stating we had an appointment and then we received a message letting us know the service technician was on the way(along with his picture and name). We had Will and Cameron both came out at different times and they were both very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company.
Wingman did an amazing job before, during, and after the entire process of replacing our 5-ton HVAC unit. While they may not be the cheapest quote you'll receive, you truly get what you pay for. Their quality, experience, and customer service are second to none. I couldn't be happier with how everything went or the peace of mind that comes with their workmanship. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area. They'll be the only number in my contacts for any HVAC work going forward.
