we came last Wednesday and were greeted promptly at the door by the MOD. We were walking in 30 minutes before close and both managing industry ourselves, stated we didn't want to do that and he very kindly asked us to stay. Devyn took care of us and did a phenomenal job. however, we went back this evening and sat at the bar and had Lindsi. service was incredibly slow and we, along with other bar guests, were neglected due to the fact that she was INCREDIBLY busy talking to some man (boyfriend?) at the bar. Ordered Garlic parm wings. Regular fried wings and fried pickles. Lets start with the pickles. Way too salted Not crisp Breading falling off. Wings! I’ve never eaten winghouse wings before but with wings in the name I had high expectations. The plain were just that plain No salt at all. They just tasted like old oil honestly. The Garlic parm wasn’t any better but at least they had a flavor on top of the bad oil flavor. 60$ in the garbage.
RecommendedThe sever was terrible she was the worst I have ever had at a Winghouse and I've been going to them since 1996. Order was wrong and after she brought the wrong food, she never came back to the check on us or anything. Another server brought us our check and cashed us out.

We are in town for the week for the NSA World Series. It’s 10pm. Games just ended. We have a party of 13 (including kids). We were stopped at the door by a server and told they could not accommodate our party per the manager even if they split us up. No explanation given. Mind you the parking lot is practically empty. Piss poor customer service in my opinion. Sucks for your servers that’s a lot of money taken from their pockets. Definitely won’t try you again nor recommend you to anyone we know.
