Pool is closed for a month, but they make no mention of that when charging you full price for a stay. Our shower is leaky and the water runs non-stop, so that was fun trying to sleep listening to. Bugs crawling around in the hallway. Signs of bedbugs on the pillows. A freaking hair under my pillow on the bed. Advertised as a king room with sofa, there is no sofa, only a chair with ottoman and a small bench. Would have been better off sleeping my the car.
The facility is at great location, If you visiting Lake Norman area this is the best location. Clean and accessible, Great for Families and or for business. We didnt not use any services so cant comment on the service if this means room service, but receptionist was super awesome.
