I had to cancel and booking.com is a pain and manager Cynthia was an amazing help and helped me get my refund. She went above and beyond!!
If I could give this place a negative star I most definitely would. Let me start by saying that I’ve left maybe 2 reviews in my entire adult life but this place needs one. I want to hopefully save the next person the trouble as well as the money. This is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The employees weren't that bad but the hotel itself was disgusting. Do not go here. If you’re okay with piss in the hallway, blood spots on the floors, and the shower not draining then this is the spot for you. It was awful so... read more
Clean room!
Ms.Diane and the rest were Amazing. I'll def be back. They made sure we had everything that we needed. From pool towels to food. Looking forward to returning on our next stay in town.
Ms.Diane and the rest of the crew were absolutely amazing. My family and I were traveling from Florida and the whole staff were friendly and very very accommodating. Ms.Diane goes above and beyond in her role of Management. We return a few times every year and will definitely be returning again.
