The front desk folks almost never answer the phone. When I called to speak to someone about my heart medication that was possibly left in a room, I was told she would call the housekeeper then return my call. Over 24 hrs later and no phone call. And of course, nobody is answering the phone today.

Well. The room was clean but the hotel itself is a dump, big time dump. Water damage everywhere, elevator super scary and insane old. Hotel is like 30 or 40 years overdue to be completely gone through. For a dude that just needs a bed for the night and cheap this will work however . Do not bring a partner or your family because it's gross.

Terrible experience. We were told by the lady at the desk that the reason we didnt get tbe free breakfast that they advertise was because the employees that LIVE at the hotel co.e down and take it all. They offered us nothing for this. Then to top it off when we went to leave our car had been hit. The same lady at the desk stated that the people who hit us had been thrown out and asked us not to call the law. So someone saw our car get hit but did nothing about it and wantend us to do nothing about it. They still have offere... read more
