It's a little busy because of the 24-hour restaurant but it's a good bed and it's a safe room
It’s honestly sad to see this hotel in such rough shape, because it has so much potential with the right management and investment. The pool area could be beautiful—it feels like a resort layout with a bar at the top and a large pool below. But it’s clearly neglected. The hot tub shown in photos doesn’t exist, the pool bar is abandoned, and the former fitness room is now just storage. Our room was terrible! The furniture is beat up and the chair was nasty! We changed rooms once but the next wasn’t any better. We did not shower because the tub was dirty and the shower curtain smelled. Would not recommend! I had to put one star to be able to post but that’s the only reason.
room was dirty microwave didnt work and the room was infested with ants asked for a refund said they couldnt do anything about it.
I'm giving 5 stars because of the staff at the hotel and the experience that I had. A few things I observed, When we checked in, the front desk lady was friendly and helpful. She was easy to talk to and when I needed a few things, she did them right away. Denny's is right next door, attached to the hotel. If you are a guest, they offer a discount so we enjoyed a couple of milkshakes. They also had live music when we were there. We never had a chance to go in the pool but I wish we did.
