Frontdesk lady at night is very reckless. Majorly if you want to charge for parking you can. But you should mention in the wyndham app. Without any prior info, you are charging the parking fee.
Nice hotel close to the F line of the subway, very convenient! The rooms are clean and functionals. Breakfast that was included is also good. Guys from the hotel are very helpful! Just a note, the beds of the double double bedrooms are a bit narrow for 2 teenagers!
Amy is the absolute worse. She has very poor customer service skills and she dont stand behind any of the Wyndham promises. She lied about the occupancy of a room type and then lied about adding a chair to my room. I am a handicapped guest and i would of appreciated a little more consideration.
Místo je úplně na pohodu. Hotel novější. Pokoje dostatečně prostorné. Metro je 5 minut pěšky. Snídaně také nebyly špatné.
