Needed a room last minute and Don was quick to help—great service! JaColby was excellent as well. I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times, and the staff is consistently outstanding. Clean rooms and reliable hospitality every time!
Location was close to our destination/ Appointment. Breakfast was good, the typical biscuits and gravy, bacon ,egg patties, O'Brien potatoes, a variety of package baked goods, yogurt fruit,cup, a variety of cereal, toast, juice and coffee. The staff that we encountered were very kind and accommodating. The location felt safe for a family with children. The only con was the desk/table drawer in the room was dirty may have been just overlooked while cleaning but still something to point out and make aware.
It was very clean an accomidating.The staff is always great & very friendly.Don at front desk is so nice & helpful,he is a reading nice person.I will stay there again as always when I come to little rock.
Staff were decent. The breakfast was good. They got a small gym which was neat. Overall not a bad stay. My only grievance would be the dampness of the room, it felt wet on the carpet like it was shampooed but didn't dry. And there was a mustiness to the air.
Clean room, great location close by to Arkansas Heart Hospital.
