Was a very nice location and Jackie was awesome and super sweet !!
As many know traveling with kids comes with its own challenges.....specifically........Towels and Toilet paper!!!! Melissa and the housekeeping crew handled the many requests from my family with polite smiles, greetings, and prompt service. Not one time did my wife complain about having to wait for something from them. Natalie at the front desk help start the week great and Melissa in housekeeping helped to keep it great throughout the week. Thank you all for taking care of my family.
The hotel has an Unpleasant smell. The pool area looked very depressing and it was small. I would not recommend.
Braylyn with housekeeping was great while we were there. She was very attentive and kind when we were in need of new items for our room. Breakfast was good as well with a variety of choices to choose from.
