I dont like to write bad reviews but I'm going to make this easy and focus on the good since I have spoke to the company, I will point out a few things to be aware of. The Good 1. The staff are wonderful 2. The rooms were clean The Bad 1. The hotel itself like common areas were stained carpets and trash left outside of rooms 2. The trash outside stayed piled up for the two days we were there 3. Best value for the price. Farther from my activities than I wanted, but we'll worth it gor the quality at reasonable price
Location is great and close to the airport and I-70. Overall experience was pleasant - what surprised me was that room cleaning was “by request” and several times we were short on towels etc but the front desk staff was always helpful and got us what we needed. The place could use a little bit of touch ups and freshening up, but overall it was a great stay.
The hotel was very clean. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my family was comfortable and had everything we needed. One of the women who set breakfast out in the morning was very rude though
Great place to stay plus great breakfast!!!
