Rooms were great. Loved the fact the heater wasn't a huge loud monstrosity machine which is typical in hotel rooms. The room we had opened up to the foyer though and so the loud echo of the foyer and everyone talking late at night resonates up to the rooms making for interrupted sleep. The coffee was cold in the morning so that was disappointing too. Over all not too bad.

Stayed Dec 10–15, 2025 (two rooms). Rooms had non‑functional air conditioning on arrival, stained carpets, damaged furniture, worn mattresses, and a broken phone. Reported issues during the stay but no room move or repair assistance was provided. Only a $77 CAD refund was issued for a nine‑night stay, and resolution attempts with management and corporate were inadequate.

We've stayed here several times doing Park and Fly. Always had a good experience. This time everything was fine except....the knob that turns the shower on we discovered in the morning, was stuck and we both had to beat on it at 6 am so we could take showers. Then when I finally got in the shower, the container of shower soap was empty so we both had to use shampoo for soap. Really they can do better than this and there are about 20 other hotels here so looks like next time we'll be staying elsewhere

똑같은 이름의 호텔이 공항 근처에 있어서 햇갈립니다. 큰길이 아닌 작은 도로 끝에 있어서 위치가 좋지는 않습니다. 조식은 괜찮습니다. 따듯한 감자, 소시지, 베이글 등이 잘 나와요. 와이파이, tv가 잘 끊겨요. 겨울폭풍에 인해 눈이 아주 많이 왔는데 길만 눈을 치우고 주차 공간에는 눈을 치우지 않아 주차가 매우 힘들었습니다.
