My room was not ready when I arrived, so headed to dinner early, giving them an extra 2 hours. Once we came back to the room and settled into bed, there were black hairs in the bed. I moved them off as we were exhausted and I was not packing everything back up to be moved with my toddler. I paid for a king suite where the couch had a giant stain and well worn and hairs in the bed.
