Have stayed here twice and would come back
Super staff. Very clean room
We stayed at the Wyndham for a nearby baseball tournament. I was not expecting such comfortable accomodations, but everything was perfect. The front desk was friendly, accomodating, and always available. We had to extend our stay 1 night and were able to keep the same room. Location was close to to the tournament, as well as restaurants, gas, and other stores. I will certainly stay here again if we're in the area.
We stayed two nights. I'm a platinum rewards member. We requested extra pillows with our reservation. None were given. Our microwave in the room didn't work, which we made them aware of, and nothing was done about it. There was no housekeeping done. We had to hunt down a housekeeper for extra towels. If this is how you treat your platinum members, I'd hate to see how you service other guests. You've lost our loyalty. They also add a $50 charge that they don't tell you about first.
