LOCATION WAS GREAT, SERVICE/REQUESTS WERE NOT. OUR ROOM HAD A SIGNIFICANT WATER LEAK FROM THE SINK, HAD TO PUT OUT TRASH CANS TO COLLECT WATER, TILE WAS SHIFTING/MOVING WHEN YOU STOOD ON IT WITH WATER COMING OUT OF THE GROUT/CAULK. STAFF WAS NOT HELPFUL, STATED HOTEL FULL (EVEN THOUGH VERY FEW PEOPLE THERE AND A MOSTLY EMPTY PARKING LOT), AND SEEMED GENERALLY UNCARING. THERE WAS ALSO A WATER LEAK IN THE LOBBY WITH PLASTIC BUCKETS PLACED RANDOMLY TO COLLECT THE DRIPS. BRING A CANDY BAR FOR BREAKFAST, ITS A MUCH BETTER CHOICE!
Find any other hotel. There are a lot in the area. There was no heat in my room. Outside got to 30° the night I stayed, and no heat. When I got into the room, the thermostat was set at 56°. I put it up to 68°. Left the hotel for a bit to get back hours later. The room was still 56°. I set the thermostat to 73°. This hotel is very clean and has great breakfast. I would stay again!
Pool out of season gay
The room was 80 degrees and 20 minutes after turning on the AC it was 83. After trying 2 rooms, I booked another hotel. This was early spring, there's no way a room should be that hot unless HVAC is broken. Cannot recommend at all
