Where do I start? Ugh... The hotel is under remodel and rebrand, so that explains the rate. The floor that I was booked on stunk of cigarette smoke. It was also the one being worked on at the time. Contractors smoking while there? Then, when attempting to shower, the temp control wouldn't work because the set screw had been lost and some one-inch bolt was haphazardly screwed into it. My family and I stayed at the Wyndham over the course of a few days. The reason for the visit was for my graduation. I booked my room months in advance through my college benefit website thinking I was getting a "deal". Let me start with the one or 2 good things I have to say. Randy at the front desk gave decent customer service as I'd expect at check in and check out. Nothing funny happened with my payment methods. The A/C works really well.
