We booked the room a week in advance. When we got here the unbelievably rude guy behind the desk just said “It’s been cancelled” rudely. I had to ask what the issue was and when I did he seemed like I was inconveniencing him. So we rebooked the room and were charged an additional $100 for a deposit. Everything about the interaction was very unprofessional and the way he said it was “cancelled” even though we had received no such correspondence stating this until AFTER we attempted to check in. The smell is horrible everywhere. The water was not hot, just warm. There was breakfast, but so few options it was like nothing at all. Note that the property is currently under reconstruction. The gym and swimming pool are not functioning
