The Service was excellent, and the room itself appeared clean, however there were roaches in the restroom that would scatter when I turned on the light in the night, there was a leak in multiple places in the lobby and breakfast area on the first floor.
Room /bathroom/hallways were not that clean. The hotel presented when booking was completely different from what I stayed in. Not happy , for sure.
First of all the handicap parking was coned off. There was a cyber truck parked, with no handicap sticker or placard. Checking in was hectic. I didn't appreciate the man telling me my room number out loud in front of people in the lobby. As a single woman no one needs to know my room number. The bathroom was so old and grungy. I understand remodeling is going on, that room should not be in use. Don't count on breakfast! No fruit, nothing to put on the bagel or bread. Not worth the money!
