Stayed here for a night to cut our drive in half, was a relaxing visit! Newly renovated with friendly staff and clean rooms. No pool or hot tub due to COVID, but the fitness center is a nice touch! Just outside of Augusta for a quiet stay but close enough of a drive for food and shopping. Dragon Express just down the road is a wonderful Chinese restaurant to eat at as well. The road isn't too bad getting in or out of either, do wish there was a traffic light here though.
The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The staff, particularly Manisha Patel, is terrible and cancelled our room without us requesting a cancellation. She continuously yelled at us and was extremely hostile and disrespectful. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING TREATED LIKE YOU’RE NOT A HUMAN BEING!
The staff were nice. Fast and easy check in. Very quiet and clean. My favorite part I was not charged extra for a disabled friendly room.
