First the Good, check in was good with ANI as she seemed to always be there. The location is close to Truist Park. Now the Unnecessary Scent that is sprayed in the lobby and in all the hallways. Really is unbearable. Breakfast was average at best and the service presentation needs to be better. Having server bring items in a used tupperware isn’t a good look. Family emergency came up refused to cancel reservation gave plenty of notice during a braves game coming up will most likely make double what I paid for. Greedy unprofessional site management. Enjoy the money clearly you need it more than me. Such a shame for a once reputable chain. Greedy foreigners in charge now
Front Desk staff/management was the bare minimum for customer service. My husband asked for paper towels to clean up so we WOULDN’T have to use towels as accidents happen. He handed him hand towels and walked away. Now we aren’t getting our deposit back because said towels had a stain. Customer service was zero help in this matter. So if you have kids please by all means bring your own paper towels. Also air conditioning was awful.
My wife booked family a hotel suite here, the room was big but that was it!!! Customer service was terrible. No one cleaned our room when we left. We had to ask towels and wash clothes every day, along with new sheets . Master suite sliding doors were broke. The shower head was coming out the wall cause it wasn't fixed properly in the wall. Just terrible definitely need a lot of approvements. 2 thumbs down!!!
