I've been ordering here for over 10 years. Never had a problem. The food has always been great! ALL of the associates are wonderful. I LOVE THIS PLACE!
I ordered my usual July 3 2016 and the manager was very rude and unhelpful. I usually dealt with employees in the past and they were nice. The manager has a serious attitude! He did not want to help me and got my order incorrect. When I told him it was wrong he became defensive and rude instead of helpful as he should have been. My money was wasted and he didn't care. I believe he was racist and I will never eat there again and will tell everyone I know not to give them business.
It's too bad there aren't negative ratings. Ordered salad and burger's. The burgers were dry and tastless. We're talking inedible. Hockey pucks would have been preferable. The salad was brown. The fries were limp but they were the best part of the meal. Two burgers, salad, apple bites $40. I wouldn't recommend this place my worst enemy.
I came here for the first time last week because a friend recommended it. The customer service was great. They greeted me as I walked in even though it was a bit busy. My food came out fairly quick and hot! my wings (thai chili) were nice and crispy and full of flavor. I will definitely be coming back.
The service is terrible. Will be calling corporate. Order all the time from them. My mom in law is 72 years old and handed wrong coupon to them so they refuse to take anymore coupons from her. There were three on the paper and she cut the first instead of the second. She was trying to explain why when the manager hung up on her. Good food but horrible customer service. Should have more respect for our seniors. Shameful.
Best wings i ever had!! Variety of options for the wing flavors!! I liked Thai chili!!!!
I like Wing Zone wings very much. The wings are NOT breaded, which is the only way I like my wings, and nice multiple choices of different sauces for every pallet. The only thing they could improve upon is making sure the delivery personnel makes sure the order is right and complete b/f they deliver....several times my order has been missing the xtra sauce I order or the order was incorrect.
I wouldn't even give this a star if i had a choice, Chicken so nasty and slimy ����! I want my money back !!!
Ordered from them over the past few years for tailgating at Commonwealth Stadium and never had an issue. Manager gets on the line and says they don't deliver here anymore. Doesn't even give me the option to pre pay by credit card. Pretty pathetic service....
