Detail oriented and polite. Was literally drive through, did not get out of my truck at all. They offered to pipe in A/C while they were doing the oil change - I passed mainly because I felt bad that they were roughing it out and the guys/gals in the pit had no A/C. Not a single complaint from them - wearing masks and all in this heat. They won my business and I will be back in 5,000 miles 😉👍🏻
