Good took forever, the wings weren't hot, the boneless wings were mini hockey pucks. Beer was cold. A.c. was out in at area. But it could have been worse! I will not be back!!!
So sad we yet to get a Winghouse in Jacksonville! Love Winghouse ! Food awesome and the service is good

I am visiting from VA and I'm definetly glad I got to have dinner with you all... Brooke was 1 of the sweetest and most accommodating servers. The shrimp tacos were awesome!! I will surely be coming back in October, when I make the big move.
Food was on point! Lack of enthusiasm and customer service is the reason for 1 star! Been to almost every Winghouse and this one here I didn’t care for.

We sat for 45 minutes after ordering before our food came and the wings were way overcooked. Server didn’t visit the table once during that time and it wasn’t a busy night, no good excuse for the service or food quality.
The wings were delicious but I wish they gave you celery! A few of the waitresses seemed a bit immature and need to act more professional. I did not have good service. The waitress did not check on my needs at all.

Went yesterday with some friends. Service was mediocre. Took forever to get our order taken. The server didn’t come by to refill our drinks when we needed it. We waited for our change, Togo drinks, and Togo boxes for a while our server was just flirting with some guy at the table behind us. The food was alright. Fried pickles were extremely greasy and there was a pool of grease at the bottom of the basket when I got them. Not thrilled.
We waited a hour or longer to get our food. Which when we got it sucked!!! People came in way after us got their food before us. Told the manager and he could care less. The waitress at one point said we were the second ticket and would have our food in 5min. Which got about 25-30 min. Later!!! Just unacceptable. Won't be back!!!
