Great service, the manager Eddie, was really attentive, know how to take care of his customers, knows how to treat bikers, this is a biker friendly place.

What's the point in calling in an order if its take 30 min from the time you call to get your food and it's still not ready. I was told 15 minutes walked out of there 30 min later

The Service was horrible our waitress April was very rude and she seemed bothered that she was serving us. she didn't listen to what we ordered and brought something totally different, she then brings us out the check assuming we were done already and not asking us if there was anything else we would like and what was worse is that she rolled her eyes when we told her the check is between two couples.

I usually don't have a problem when it comes to wing daddy's but this time the waitress April totally killed it for me. I came in an asked for a drink an the whole time she wasn't paying attention. It was a Thursday night and I was with 3 girlfriends and we experienced the worst service out of all wing daddy's in El Paso. Our server who's name I could not forget was not only rude, but highly disrespectful. My friends and I only went to enjoy wings, not to be pointed at by our server to other servers loudly, calling us ratchet for no reason. One of my friends, has had service with this same server, with the same disrespectful behavior. Very embarrassed, very disappointed, and very much not going back.

I don't think it's even deserving of one star. My waitress was the most disrespectful "woman" I've ever met. From hearing her cuss like a sailor to friends to taking way to long to get to our table. Remember your waitresses represents you. Never going back to Airway again that's for sir. Food was great though, I'm sure tht is at least the same in all locations

The food is delicious, the drinks to! Yet some waitresses are not polite, literally once the waitress didn't like something she ask if we "were going to leave" Hope next time I go I wont have to be in this situation. #ManageShould #TakeActions #OnThisMatter
